A celebration of love and endurance, that’s what Sophia’s Spicy Treats is all about. We’re Gustavo and Amanda, a Mexican husband and a Mexican-American wife who started our family business after welcoming our daughter Sophia to the family. It took us over 14 years to conceive her.

Boasting with joy by our little miracle, we founded Sophia’s Spicy Treats inspired by our obsession with spicy-everything. The best of both worlds, we gave your favorite American snacks a Mexican twist.

We started by covering our favorite candy with chamoy and a unique blend of spices made for eating ‘till your fingers turn red. Since then we have been perfecting our recipe. The sweet and spicy taste of our homeland, using only the freshest, natural ingredients, confected in Houston, Texas with love.
